Location close enough to a store, shopping, great food and restaurants, and Dennis Port, MA. Courteous hotel employees all round. The rooms with clean towels, the kids to play ball, bathroom.

Overall it's a fabulous place to stay with reasonably spacious rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of Colonial Village Motel And Cottages. The beach nearby was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The two pools and hot tub on the property were a great way to relax and unwind. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and provided extra clean towels without us even asking. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

the perfect family getaway! colonial village surpassed my expectations. after my previous stay in dennis, i chose this motel for its excellent location near family and the two pools that made it a haven for children. the cape cod look and professional staff added to the experience.
